Printing machine

Machine is designed for UV ink use. Design is transfered to surface via a rubber cylinder.  Each cylinder is rotated by a servo motor and  speed of each cylinder can be controlled  preciesly. It has  very short set up time and waste ink during color changes and cleaning. Diameter information is entered to adjust speed of each cylinder  to prevent printing problems caused by cylinder  diameter differences. Up to 1500 meters of 0.4mm thickness rolls  can be used. Roll connection sytem enables to connect rolls without stopping the machine. This reduces waste and increases efficency.
